Carrot Cake Spiced Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 6 T rolled oats
  • 2 T ground flax seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 piece " of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • cup i ice

Instructions

  • Prepare fresh carrot juice in a juicer or buy some fresh juice
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  • YIELDS: Approximately 2 cups
  • ENJOY!
