Carrot Cake Spiced Smoothie
All the color and spices of the fall season in a cup!

- 1 cup fresh carrot juice
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 6 T rolled oats
- 2 T ground flax seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 piece " of fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- cup i ice
Prepare fresh carrot juice in a juicer or buy some fresh juice
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
YIELDS: Approximately 2 cups
