Watermelon Peach Salsa

  • 2 cups watermelon cut in small cubes, remove seeds
  • 2 in peaches sliced thin wedges and cut in thirds, or nectarines, stone removed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper minced (remove seeds and membranes if you want less hot)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro heaping


  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour or so to chill and let the flavors mingle
  • Serve with corn tortilla chips
  • ENJOY!
